Good morning ! Today, we are very happy to be able to greet the beautiful Yamagata morning with you all. We welcomed guests from Belgium and France to our guesthouse and enjoyed traditional Japanese Higan cuisine ️. We are especially pleased that they ate all the delicious food, including the Akebia vinegar, beautifully. We have prepared dishes with love, such as rice cooked with bamboo shoots, natto soup, and fresh salads . For dessert, we have apple tarte tatin and yogurt with homemade cherry jam and apple jam . After the meal, enjoy an elegant time with organic Hawaiian Kona coffee ☕. We look forward to welcoming you .
